    Hello,

I will soon have my new passport! yay.

When I get it I plan to use Blackberry Blend.
From what I have understood I will not need to even open Outlook anymore.

    One small isssue.....
At the moment my email inbox has 2GB of space
I have outlook auto archive my files every two weeks. It deletes the emails that are archived from the server, freeing up enough space to keep me going for an extra 2 weeks and so it continues.
Every 6 - 12 months I move the autoarchive file to an external hdd, incase I need to refer to an old email in the future.

    Rinse and repeat.

My issue, if I start using Blend - how will I archive all my emails? How do other people do this currently? Is there a way to archive emails using BB10 efficiently? Have I missed a trick or an app?

I think the HUB can send the archive command, but since I don't use MS Outlook I can't tell if the server passes this along.

Worst case scenario, you do it yourself every once in a while.

I will update here for anyone with a similar issue in the future.

I tried the exporter app. It is good for exporting conversations, but does not have attachments and also does not remove these emails from the server, so this will not solve my issue.

There is no export function I'm the hub options, I had a look around.

The only thing I noticed was the file button when you long press an email.i noticed blaze mentioned it in one of his videos.

    What does this do?

If I created a new folder and filed emails here would they be removed from the server and stored locally?
