blackberry z30 Whenever I open the setting, the black screen is showing. therefore

The wifi connectivity is not working properly, even with phone is not connected to pc
please tell me what to do .....

You must be on OS 10.3.3.2205. This is something that can happen on the Z30 for some reason.

The only solution is to run the 10.3.3.2205 autoloader.

I am having the same problem, happened in 10.3.3.2205 several times, yesterday I upgraded to 10.3.3.3 thinking that this problem well be solved, but again same problem today, suddenly black setting, can't browse internet but whatsapp is working, can't connect to wifi

Download to PC, unzip it, plug in your phone, run autoloader.

Use Ultimate Backup first if you wish.

Since my 'settings' is just showing black screen, and my laptop is not showing my phone when I plug through usb, I don't know how to install the autoloader. Anyway, thanks for the link.

You have prior to download BBlink and install drivers on the laptop .

I have already downloaded BBlink, and when I try to connect through, it says can't communicate with device. But it gives me option to reload which will restore to factory setting.

Not sure link will reload if it can't communicate with your device…
1st thing I would try is to replace usb cable.. 2nd plug device again and click on autoloader- (not sure but I think you need a PC and not a Mac to do that)-If nothing works I would try to restore with link…

I have the same issues two time. I run autoloader the last version (10.3.3.3216) to resolve issues.

Well, I don't know if 3216 could be the best for Conite (very accurate on BB) suggests to reload 2205. The problem is this guy doesn't manage to run any autoloader??

Not sure link will reload if it can't communicate with your device…

Something else in mind: Normally when you double click on an autoloader it runs immediately even if no device is plugged in PC.. A window will open and wait for your device to be plugged in..
If it doesn't happen that means your autoloader has an issue
and you should download it again..
If it opens as it should .. shut off your Z30 and connect it to PC, the autoloader should communicate with it and reload.. (it'll need a few minutes)

2205 IS the problem. To not happen again on the Z30, you have to load another OS.

Ok. I hopse the issues don't appear after autoloader 10.3.3.3216.

Because I think. I use a autoloader before 3216 and update with sachesi.
