    hello

    I have blackberry Z10 with blaceberry 10 Os it keeps searching for wifi networks but does not show any network, while my android phone is connected to same network. is it hardware issue or software?

    Try a router restart. Unplug it then wait for around 20-30 seconds and then plug it back in... that should do the trick! If that doesn't work you could always try a firmware update on your router, as that may be the issue too. Good luck
