    Appword do not work with wifi. When closed wife, you can open. But with wifi Display message is ''connection problem bbw must be closed''. Anybody who have this problem.

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!
    Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. Makes it easier for others to help you.

    Can you do other things on your BB via Wi-Fi, like use the Browser?

    Have you tried any simple troubleshooting yet?
    Start with a device reset first. (Not the same as Restart.)
    Hold down both the Volume Up & Down keys. Keep holding them down, ignoring screenshot popup, black screen, white logo, etc. Don't release the Volume keys until you're on the startup page with the blue BB logo.

    Anything work after that reboot?
