    Just updated to 10.2 (10.2.0424, OS version 10.2.0.1791, t-mobile UK) and now I can't open Blackberry World. Once I click on it , it opens and closes immediately. The same happens if I try to access it through the browser. Has anyone else such a problem?
    Any help please?

    Have you rebooted the device? Try a reboot. If a reboot does not help, try pressing and holding down the volume up and volume down keys simultaneously until the device reboots.

    Thank you. I had tried reboot but didn't help. Now I also tried the holding down the volume keys and still not able to open Blackberry World. It opens a blank window and closes immediately.

    Thanks for all your suggestions but unfortunately I still haven't managed to reistall and resolve the issue. I have been told now that the solution is probably security wipe but I am a bit reluctant as everything else is fine with the phone and I wouldn't like to create any other problems.

    Same problem with z10 s100-1. It says network connection error and closes.
