My friend had took my phone and turned off everything in Parental Controls, he then told me the password so I could turn everything back on, and BlackBerry World had deleted itself same as Facebook. I've tried to reinstall BlackBerry World, but I get an error saying "Unable to open App World://?" please help.. this is on my Q5

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!
Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

Just so I can understand, why did your friend do this? Was he trying to help you fix an issue?

Is the BB World icon visible on your home screen? How about in Storage tab of Device Monitor? (Do you know where to find that?) Is BlackBerry World listed there?

Are Parental Controls currently on or off?
Can you go to Parental Controls and take a screenshot of everything please. You'll probably need to take two screenshots to capture the whole page.

My friend did it for fun.. Idk why.. I did turn off parental controls.
Also, BlackBerry World app is gone, no icon, and nothing in settings.. if I connect my Q5 into a computer, could I get it back that way?

Try searching for it by typing BlackBerry. If it is on the phone, it will show up in the search.

Before doing anything too drastic, try a hard reboot of the phone. Hold down the two volume keys until the phone reboots. Once it has restarted, look for the BlackBerryWorld icon.

If the reboot doesn't bring it back, go into settings and software updates and check for updates. Sometimes if you delete a core app, checking for updates will restore it, via a small update.

Go back into parental controls. Toggle it on. Enable all apps and save. See if that brings back your missing apps.
    For safe measure... reboot
Then go back into parental controls. Leave all apps on but toggle off PC.
    For safe measure... reboot

I did the hard reboot, nothing worked. Then I turned on Parental controls and the scrolled the way down to find BlackBerry World, toggled It off, then turned it back on, then tapped the content restrictions "edit" button. and BlackBerry World is back. Thank you everyone for your help!
