    I've been trying to purchase a BB world app for my Passport and after I enter my credit card info I keep getting "We ran into a problem while processing your request. Please try again later (PS1036da)". I tried two different credit cards; is there even anyone left at BlackBerry to notify? Any programmers know what PS1036da is?

    Have you waiting and tried again later....

    Might be them working on removing the whole payment system at the end of the month, and it's just temporarily down.

    Others have been experiencing that same error for the past few months. Not sure if it'll still be fixed.
