If you have an email with the flight details, can you just share it with BlackBerry Travel through the Hub? I usually use auto message scanning and then add in extra details...doesn't work perfectly but saves some time.

Reminder scanning of emails must come to an account on your BlackBerry. I had to remind someone else of this last night :)

I was having trouble adding in a West Jet flight number into BlackBerry Travel the other day. It ended up being the way I was doing it.
Don't enter in the enter number as it is described in your confirmation.
IE: WS995. Enter in just the numbers, not the airline abbreviations as well.
That's what did it for me. Hopefully your problem will be just as simple.
