    Hi,

I am wondering if BlackBerry is now more vulnerable to viruses and trojans since Android apps can be installed on our devices?

    Any opinions?

Any device is susceptible to risks, BBRY does a better job of protecting and Android apps of reputable origin are not a general risk to your device. No worst than native Apps using open source codes.

Android apps are secure because they're sandboxed which means that it can get information like contacts or pictures because they're available, but it can't actually affect your phone because it doesn't have access to any native apis.

    In short, it's secure
