Hi there. We experience problems when checking for updates from all devices with any software.
(Z10, Z30, Q10..., with 10.1 and 10.2).
The device shows "searching..." an then "unable to connect to server" (the messages are shown in german).
This get�s a big problem, when you start a device for the first time, because it hangs in the assistant at the point "checking for updates".
It happens with different providers here in Germany (Telekom, Vodafone)...

BlackBerry says "everything ist okay"....I don�t believe them...

Anybody else experiencing this?

Yes. Here in Germany 1791 will be released the next few days. Our provider has given BlackBerry the GO. May be that's the reason?...

Same here in India. The server is not responding. Seems we will see the update any moment from now. That's my guess.

Though I am now more interested in knowing what 10.2.1 has and a stable STL 1 release.

yup, works fine in Canada. Maybe this means you folks over there will be getting an update soon

Hit and miss here in the UK. Normally takes about 3 or 4 tries before it connects OK.
