    I can't get my BlackBerry to update to the official 10.3.1 OS. I currently have a leaked version installed. Is the leaked version not allowing my Q10 to detect the update?

    If the leaked version is equal to or higher than the OTA, you won't get an update. If equal, you may get a very small OTA with carrier add-ons.
