    This is weird the only possible I would say is you had linked the phone the bblink which do a update. Since the latest update that bblink could do is lower version than ota version.

    Nothing is wrong. The 10.1.273 is the Software Release Version Number while the 10.1.4633 is the OS Version Number. Go to Settings, About, OS and you'll see both numbers listed.
