Guys Ive found a solution to this problem. Been having this problem and partly I suspected my phone got into water.
The problem was if you start the phone start up doesn't complete. It hangs in the middle or something. So tried to reload OS with Auto loaders and it couldnt complete. Mid way the process discontinues, reaches 10pc, goes back to blinking red.

My solution was quite simple, left the phone is scotching sunlight. Yes. in the sun to dry for about 1 hr. and right now the auto loader worked and the phone is working!
