    Hi Guys,

I have a problem. Today I sold my old Z10 to a person. But once arrived at home, he discovered that my Z10 was still protected by BlackBerry Protect. Damn, my fault!! So I would need to send him my account code.

But I was wondering. If I remove the Z10 from my list of BlackBerry Protect website, can the person insert his personal BlackBerry ID directly without using my personal BlackBerry id?

    Cheers!!

No. You would need to give that person your bbid so they can unlock it. or take the device back, and setup device, turn off bb protect and then wipe it again.

Go to the blackberry protect site and remove it from your account.
