sometimes, often, but not always, but often, when i do a device location via blackberry protect i get an "area" of where the phone is. But no pin drop of where it is exactly.

Whats up with this?

Me, too. But only for the Passport, not for the classic. Strange.

happens with both Classic and Passport for me. Once in a while it doesnt happen, but more often than not I dont get the pin drop?

This is likely due to GPS vs phone tower locations. Do you ever have this problem while outside or is it only indoors?
