My BlackBerry Protect keeps toggling to off position when I switch my device off. When you first turn your phone on, it's set on off, even though I had it on. Wondered if anyone else had this issue. My phone is a Z10.

Mine is set to on and even though I reboot, it stays on.
What OS do you have? And how did you load it?

I think that happened to me too. Sometimes i turn off my mobile data, and i remember to check if BB Protect is on but is off i have to switch to on again, is beacause of turning off mobile data!? It says that it couldnt connect to bb protect or something like that. still on 10.2.0.429 :|

I'm on 10.2.1.537, had the issue before my update. Carried out update via BlackBerry Link.
