    Hi,

I have a blackberry passport which running on OS 10.3.2.2474
I was configured my work email on it, but from couple of days my company has updated the security policy on the exchange server.
After that my email won't connect anymore.
I have reset my phone and still i got the same error, when asked my IT guy he told that i have to update my device.
every time i click on software update, i got that my device is up to date.

Is there any way to update my device?

    Thanks.

I'm not sure it will help, but sure.

Download autoloader to PC, unzip it, plug in your phone, and run the autoloader.

Your phone will be wiped in the process.

It sucks having to rebuild your phone but this might fix a software bug.
