    Hello,
So my beloved blackberry passport broke: I was using the flashlight, then it rebooted by itself and been stuck on a boot loop since then.
I tried using link to restore it but it was not detecting the phone.
So i looked for autoloaders but can't find the right OS.
On BlackBerry 10 Autoloaders - BlackBerry Developer I found only 1 for SQW100-1, but when I tried to install it:

    IFS/OS Version: 10.3.1.997 DEV
    Error: Failed to load images.
Error: This OS version is blocked from device.

Looks like I had the latest 10.3.3 on there but can't find the right files for that one.
Anyone could point me in the right direction?

Do not use a developer OS! Get the latest OS version from here.

So I downloaded the Passport_10.3.03.3057_SQW100-1-2-3-4 from the mega.nz link in the thread you posted and when I run the autoloader it wants to install the DEV version. It's a 10.3.3 version but DEV.

I quit the autoloader when I saw that.
Should I install the DEV version or you got another link I can try to find the non-DEV version?

    Thanks,

    IFS/OS Version: 10.3.3.3057 DEV
Hardware ID: 0x051D0001 RIM BlackBerry Device
    Metrics Version: 3.18
    Build Date: Jul 17 2017
    Build Time: 14:53:00
    Build User: developer
STP Protocol Ver: 0.0.4 (release OS)

They all say DEV. 10.3.3.3057 is the latest (last?) full build for BB10.

You are done if all went well except for signing back in with your BBID and password then setting up your email accounts, adding apps etc.

If it's not connecting properly try a different usb port AND usb cable (preferably the one that came with your Passport). If it still does not connect try rebooting your Passport at the same time as you click on the .exe file. Sometimes the bootloader is fussy about connecting and you need to "catch it". I have seen times when you have to try 2-3 times before it begins.
