Can you be more specific about "not able to login BBID" ?

The device will keep running until it gives check my Internet connection, the device looks not connected to Internet and after many trails it would say try again later.

Are you trying to log into BlackBerry World? If so, you need to sideload a new version:

Yes, even BBworld isn't responding.. Would you please suggest me how to sideload a new version!!
Besides I can't login using my bbid!!
Would you recommend me any links I can download a new version please!!!

What is your OS version?

Download to PC, unzip it, plug in device, and run it.

The device will be wiped in the process.

Install the USB drivers if you haven't already. Download and run the Link installer - but ONLY install the drivers (not Link or Blend).

So you've loaded the new OS? Did you try to log in with your BBID? Did you have to skip it?

I'm wondering if the Passport was previously cleared from BlackBerry Protect?
Did 10.3.1 even have Protect?

And the new software wasn't yet installed due to same file format not supported

Just checking to see if you unzipped that autoloader file conite gave a link to in post #9 before you tried installing?

I unzipped it and copied it to the device and the file reading format (exe) isn't supported

Well you don't copy it to your Passport. Plug your Passport into your PC and run from there. .exe is a Windows command file. Or am I misunderstanding what you did?
