I hear allot of folks saying they add the .bar that only goes up to 11.1 to their passports or bb10 devices. Is that it, java or adobe?

    I think Adobe.

Anyway, what are the benefits if any as to adding this as I even seen a very well known member say it's one of the first few things they side load?

Secondly, anybody have the .bar file for me? Share..

    Thanks guys, DPR

PS: I hope this is in the proper spot I was tossed? I apologize if it needs to be moved to another section of Crackberry.

Java is a wide subject when used so plainly, and Adobe is a software company.

I have to find the thread I remember people saying back in '15 they would get the bar file for ADOBE 11.1 (highest it goes to) and side load it to their BB10 devices asap but was curious as to why and if even relevant now a days. Scratch the mention of Java, somebody will know what I mean especially because I remember the last version was 11.x for the bar file as folks were complaining.

Adobe reader comes pre-loaded with bb10, do you mean their flash player?
That's something you MIGHT have use of in a browser.
But it seems like you have no actual use for flash so why bother?

Zeus contains the latest mobile flash version - which is 11.1.

You're thinking of the Android flash apk that had to be sideloaded at the time to work with Android browsers on BB10. No longer a solution.
