    Which version I should choose for upgrading to os 10.3

    Whichever you want although I suggest getting anything that starts with 10.3.1.xxxx as those are optimized for your device

    The last part shouldn't matter too much. The larger the number, the newer the os. Therefore newer os's are usually better
