I bought a Passport OG (the black one) and immediately received a 10.3.3 update. But my Passport silver edition is still von 10.3.2.
Did anyone from europe/germany get the 10.3.3 update, yet?

I also bought my Passport SE there. Still on 10.3.2. -I bought a Classic at Amazon.de, it was updated to 10.3.3. a week ago.

I do that since one week. Sometimes they delete my question, sometimes they give the answer, that it is up to the carriers... The carrier (1&1/Vodafone) says, it is up to BlackBerry...

Of course shopblackberry and amazon devices have priority in getting updates, but apparrently the screwed the update somehow and some/most ppl dont receive it. Unlocked and unbranded devices are capable of wifi only update but again when I Spoke to helpbb on Twitter they got no idea if my Silver could suck 10.3.3 With sim removed. They sent me back to carrier and when my carrier sent me back to manufaccturer BlackBerry support stopped answering my question. So I suggest that we should flood BlackBerry support with all kinds of bb10 related questions to show that bb10 is their responsibility too.

Hit post to fast unlocked devices, both in Germany. For Passport I had to pull SIM reboot, deactivate cellular and then search for updates...

I tried this SIM-pull on my PP SE, but did not help. I also tried out SIM cards from most german providers, also did not help.

You have face 10 installed?

There is definitely a problem with SE getting 10.3.3. I spoke to some folks on forum, those who own OG Passport got it, but there isn't a single SE user who received OTA, what a mess

Same problem with my PP SE in Germany. I agree. I think there is a code ore a forgotten code ore something else from BlackBerry that exklude all PPSE from the OTA Updates. Who can help?

As you said either intentionally or unintentionally BlackBerry software rules out Silver models. So those who own sqw100-4 why dont you write helpblacckberry on Twitter, make them aware of the problem.

I did it! -and here is the official BlackBerry answer: "Thank you for providing your device PIN/ IMEI number. Up;on checking there is no available OS update for your device. Please check our blog https://t.co/loADjmtThY for the latest news ^VC"
