Finally i update all my blackberry q10, classic, and passport silver with sachesi 2.0.2 after download autoloader 10.3.3.2205. It's all work fine. Je suis en France aussi et j'en avais un peu marre d'attendre

Nothing yet. Unlocked classic in The Netherlands. Really annoyed. Although I do not expect much of the update it is almost a year overdue now. Thinking of abandoning BlackBerry entirely due to this crap.

Provider: HollandsNieuwe (subprovider of Vodafone)
Netherlands

My old Q5 only received a 10.2.2 update..

Italy's TIM and Vodafone should have launched 10.3.3.1435 officially. The same OS version that came with shopblackberry devices.

Nichts..... Nothing on both my PP and Leap bought from Amazon. No update nor with sim card E-plus or without sim card.

It looks as if only phones with a Vodafone sim card have received the update in UK and the rest of Europe, but I hope I'm wrong.
And it's hard to work out if this is due to carrier negligence or BlackBerry limiting whom they release it to.
Either way, it sucks, and doesn't invite much respect for this patently mismanaged roll-out program.

Hmm.

If I remember correctly 10.3.3 isn't coming OTA for the Q5, something about insufficient storage space to do an OTA upgrade. That's also why Sachesi won't work too well (unless you split up the upgrade into chunks, but that's playing with fire).
