In UK I have had no joy getting the update with my Virgin Media monthly sim card in my Factory unlocked Z30 which I bought from Amazon last year. So I swapped it out for my Vodafone prepaid card which I acquired in order to try this.
And, lo and behold, with the Vodafone sim card in place, as soon as I connected to WiFi the Update arrived, and I've installed it all OK. Plus, after reinserting the Virgin Media sim card ( and that is on EE's network), everything works great. All apps, both BlackBerry and Android, work as they did before the update.
So, Vodafone in UK appear to have released the Update, at last. Maybe because their network have so many business and government BB10 users?
As for EE, will they be releasing the Update any time soon in the UK?

All devices get updates directly from the BlackBerry servers. But factory-unlocked devices don't have to wait for the Carrier to turn on the switch to allow it through.

UPDATE:
got updates 10.3.3.1435 today on my Z30 in Lithuania! But not for Passport SE, still 10.3.2... both unlocked. :/

I have a Z30 on giffgaff in the UK, with no update.

Today I placed a Vodafone pay as you go sim in it and it immediately updated. Back to giffgaff now and all seems well.

The Vodafone sim was 99p from Tesco. Didn't need to put credit on it.

That's great - Hope it worked for you? And I see that at least one other on this thread has managed to get the Update by using a Vodafone prepaid sim card to trigger it OK.

This looks as if a BB10 device in the UK is prioritised by :-

A) Device type and locked/unlocked status

B) Purchase origin (direct or non-direct from Shop BlackBerry or a Carrier)

C) Which Carrier's sim it has.
(I suspect VodaFone take priority as they have so many Government and Corporate BB10 users).

My feeling on this is that we customers shouldn't have had to wait this long to work it out - as there're professional concepts of timely Corporate Communications and PR Image that seem so lacking with all things BB10, these days.
