Because they didn't feel the need to code it for the Z10STL100-1 SoC. As far as I know, none of them are used in government.

Update to 10.3.3.1435 now available for Q10 on T-Mobile, Czech rep., unlocked. But still not available for another Q10, Q5 and 2 x Classic, same provider

Glad that Vodafone has finally pushed the update. I used the autoloader on my classic because I couldn't be bothered waiting. I have no patience for updates, I believe they should be instant. I can't spot any major differences from 10.3.2 but this is a minor update.

Update came for my gf Z30 purchased from US shop blackberry 2 weeks back when she was in india.

Today came update for my Q10 purchased from Dubai, but now in Germany (only wifi)

No update yet for shopbb germany purchased Leap and PP.

Just received this morning, 11:00 AM CET in Italy, it took time to upgrade, for now it seems to work smoothly, I tested the bluetooth with my other DTEK 50 device, it paired and I shared a photo. I'm keeping the phone on watch, so as to notice whether it works or not. Internet browser seems to open normally, so it happens with fb messenger (Android. 25). Wishing well for the rest!

'w' : Used to be tabs screen, now opens new tab
'q': Don't think this used to do anything, now opens tabs screen.
