I tried copying a gif from the file manager and inserting it in my customized word substitution , but it pasted the last copied text instead. I think BBM should integrate your idea as well, smileys, stickers and now GIFs ( I realize you wouldn't use the first two, but this might be a way for at least BBM to make the majority happy).

I hope 10.3.1 fills the gaps and fixes many of the issues listed here. There are some we know can't happen (such as Google services - legal reasons), but generally there are a lot of updates. One thing I have learned here at CrackBerry, is that you can't please all of your users no matter how hard you try. But I will give you an example of something I originally hated and now love. I was so dead set against the flat icons. I thought the icons of 10.2 were so unique and that made it great as well. I loaded a leak and I sometimes pick up my wife's Z10 who is still on 10.2 and I can',t get over how much better my app icons look. So I am suggesting give things a chance and keep providing your ideas for improvements. The one last thing we need to do as a community is find a way for our ideas to be formally heard by BlackBerry, as the I can do it better site is finished. So we need a succinct method of collecting ideas and features to provide to BlackBerry.

hey just coming from my web development and design background. the gray boxes were completely hideous, and it wastes extra screen space, plus it's not android look a like if you have not noticed the new design style is flat user interface. so going with the flat UI icons looks 10 times better from a design stand point. you get a whole extra column or row depending on your phone its just plain better. sorry to shut you down but blackberry would be going backwards if they brought it back

Improve maps. Add features similar to that of Here Maps. It would be cool to be able to download maps for offline use.

There needs to be a native way to play WebM files. Either through the browser or the video app.

Move the date away from the middle of the screen. This is super annoying on the BlackBerry Classic. It ruins wallpapers.

Add more fonts and themes. Something as simple as basic customization can make a phone feel less boring/obsolete.

Dark hub would be cool (even if I don't really use it).

Microsoft did is doing it now and I think BlackBerry should follow too. Make the video, photo, music and other apps available through BlackBerry World so you can push updates directly and not make it part of the O/S that gets held back by carriers.

You should be able to use the same BBM account on multiple devices since it's offered in other platforms.

Make bookmarks easier to organize. The way things are right now are too chaotic.

Make saving easier. Some phones just save and it's simple. BlackBerry however takes you to downloads, it downloads, and then you have to press back.

The ability to close all taps in browser.

That's it. One thing.

I just want to be able to reorganize the bookmarks: to move them up and down the list like you can in most browsers, including the old BBOS browser. And no, the tagging feature does not solve this problem.

I'd like to be able to export the bookmarks to the SD card also. But agree with your wish.

Android has best feature for battery....actually I observed that same 2000 mAH battery in android phone last for 13 14 hrs after continuos and rigrous use......and mine Z10s 1800 mAH battery last max upto 5-6 Hrs of continuos rigrous use...
So I m still not satisfied with my battery backup...after watching many of android devices satisfied battery for users.....
Rest of features of my BlackBerry 10 is going great and I love it......just immediately improve the battery managment in 10.3.2
