Why, on earth, does BlackBerry Maps drop the Traffic when I zoom out to a view broader than 10 miles or so? Could they have thought about the fact that perhaps I want to see the broader traffic picture to plan a trip?

BlackBerry Maps continues to be so godd*mned bad, it's a pathetic joke.

Hopefully it will be upgraded soon...I personally really would like the hybrid view. It will come in time.

If you want to plan a trip, type in your destination and click on the navigation icon:

BlackBerry Maps Not Having Traffic When Zoomed Out Is Idiocy-navigate.png

Then on the next page, click List on the bottom. This will show you all the streets you will be travelling and on the right hand side will display any delays:

Aside from having to zoom in, this is the quickest way to determine if there's going to be traffic on your route.

No. The quickest way is to see all the traffic on the roads for the next 100 mines. I know the road options I'm going to take. I don't need Maps to plan the route. I need to see the frigging traffic no the roads all the way to my destination. Utterly pathetic.
