How do I tell which countries have turn by turn nav (other than going there)?

That's a good question, does anyone know? Certainly North America and the UK are included. :)
Mexico? I know that's North America, but that's my immediate concern.

I think I've been able to determine that BlackBerry Maps does have turn by turn in Mexico. I put in my home in Mexico and asked it to guide me turn by turn from home in NYC, and it began the guidance. I looked at the list of directions, scrolled down towards the bottom, and the list of turn by turn in Mexico looks pretty good, and accurate.
Can't wait to try it in Mexico City! :p
