    I admit I don't update or use Link very often. Trying to today and I keep getting "Blackberry Link had stopped working" and it shuts down.

    I tried to download a new version but it also failed.

    I am getting so frustrated with this machine, I was the KeyONE, but so much money.

    What OS are you on?

    I would uninstall all BlackBerry Software and if using Windows, I'd go into the registry and search for both "BlackBerry" and "RIM" and remove any registry keys associated with those terms. Reboot and then reinstall BLEND (has BLEND, LINK and DRIVERS).

    Maybe that will work, and maybe it won't... (doesn't for me on Windows 10).

    If you like to gamble, BB Link does backups. Blend has nothing to do with backups.
