    Has anyone got there Blackberry(Q10) connected to Blackberry Link AND backup data on their PC(W10)?????.......have so much problems....contacted Blackberry and they never responded........are they just sitting there till EOL.....

    BB10 went EOL in December 2019.

    There's no point making a backup with Link, since you may not be able to restore it later.

    Use the cloud, or Ultimate Backup.
