Hi guys sorry if this isnt the right place but i went from 10.2 to 10.3 on my z10 stl-3 and blackberry link nor my laptop recognizes my phone anymore so i cant restore or anything o.o is there a way to restore? cuz i have a bunch of phone numbers i need lol

When you have your phone connected to your laptop, a new disc drive should appear with the option to install BlackBerry Blend (which won't work yet) and to install new drivers. Install them and everything will work again.

Had this problem as well. A restart on my phone and computer fixed it.

I think this is a bit of a BUG because of BLEND now is preloaded into 10.3
Make sure your device isn't set for "Automatic" when plugging into USB.

Goto: SETTINGS > STORAGE AND ACCESS > Set ACESS TO STORAGE from AUTODETECT to either CONNECT TO WINDOWS or CONNEECT TO MAC and it should work.

I am also having problems with BlackBerry Link after installing 10.3 on my Q10. I am unable to restore a 10.2 backup, no matter the Link version (also tried with the newest and older).

Rebooted, reinstalled, still nothing. Getting an error saying that "Restore was cancelled."

Searched the Web for a fix with no luck.
