I was trying to retrieve my password and it deleted my account....any ideas how to sort it out?

I don't think you can, it happened to me a few months ago when my gf forgot her password on her z10. I had to create a new bb id using the same details but lost everything like BBM contacts and BlackBerry app world apps. Had to start from scratch.

Currently my BBM works with all the contracts but every now and then it ask for the BlackBerry id which I recreated with the same email and all but it doesn't accept it

Click the email confirmation button. Should resolve your issue. You won't get an email, it simply confirms it.

I see, and removed before you get a ton of spam.

Guess you're just gonna have to ignore the notifications, and hope they go away. Everything tied to the BBID is working?

Once on 10.3.2.500, you can only downgrade to 10.2.2 - or upgrade to something newer in the 10.3.2 series. You cannot downgrade to anything 10.3.0 or 10.3.1.

It won't accept it until you wipe your phone and do a fresh install and then sign in to BlackBerry ID as that's the only way to change your BlackBerry ID at which point you may lose your BBM contacts and everything else associated with your current BlackBerry ID.

Basically I don't think your current BlackBerry ID exist anymore which is why you can't sign in to anything. Also any backups done with your current id won't install even though the id is the same, that's if you do a fresh install.

Well that's what happened to me. Also you wouldn't have been able to create a new bb id with the same email address if the current id did still exist. It's not just 10.3.2 as this happened to me on 10.3.1. The problem is with blackberry as they send a deactivate account link instead of a reset password link when trying to reset your password.
