    This could be a translation issue but your title doesn't quite make sense. I think you mean If BlackBerry stops selling phones, will your phone (or other existing users) still work?

    The simple answer is yes: They will work long past your next upgrade cycle I'm sure. They would likely keep some software people around to do bug fixes etc.. For example. My Playbook still works and there will be no further software updates (except perhaps emergency ones I suspect)

    The company has no intention of going down this path anyhow so no need to worry.

    Hardware isn't going anywhere OP, BlackBerry is just going to be a niche player till the time when the market switches tides again, it will happen question is when. As others have mentioned even though hardware is phased out it will not affect your device for years to come.
