Just saw this announced on N4BB, thanks to JT Teran:
BlackBerry Plans On Every Carrier Launching 10.2.1 by End of February

The best news for those of us in the US is a rollout schedule for ALL US carriers, for every BB10 handset, as follows:

• Verizon Z10: Starting tomorrow, January 28th, 2014
• Verizon Q10: Tuesday, February 4th, 2014
• Verizon Z30: Monday, February 10th, 2014
• AT&T Z10 & Q10: Monday, February 10th, 2014
• T-Mobile Z10 & Q10: Mid-February (anywhere from Feb 10th to Feb 20th)
• Sprint Q10: End of February

Dates are subject to change, but I hope that N4BB posting them is a good sign that they are fairly accurate. :-)
