I am not completely sure but I believe that it is an abandoned (end of life) product. It stopped working on my Z30 quite a while ago.

It's still working for me as well on my Z10, even on 10.3.3.2205.

The app is EOL, not supported and no longer available on BBW, but the app itself should still work. It's a stand alone app and not tied to anything that would prevent it from working otherwise.

The only reason I still have it even after a recent autoload of the OS is because I backed it up beforehand, and did a selective restore picking that app... and a few others, afterwards.

Since it's no longer available on BBW, a "reinstall" is not possible.

At what point does it "not work"?

When you first open the app itself? When trying to open a document?

Can you open a document directly from the file manager?

Have you tried restarting the phone as suggested above?

Do you have Link? And if so, have you done a backup, including your apps, before the OS update?

The app is there in BBW when I checked.
Both ways I've tried, by opening app and document, but not responding.
Not able to open from file manager.
    Tried restart, but no change
    Yep, backup is there

The app comes up for me on BBW, even on a PC Google search. It should also show under your available apps.

Okay, I confused it with something else.

Guess I'm having a senior moment.

It was Wikipedia for BlackBerry that's no longer available.

    DTG is still there.

    Sorry for that.
