    Hello.
    I'm using BlackBerry P9982 with BlackBerry OS 10.3.2.2876 and I installed some Android applications via APK files. I removed those applications and I wanted to install the old version of those applications but it told me that "you already have the new version of this app installed...".
    I'm using "CCleaner" and selected "App Manager" via its menu and in "INSTALLED APPS" tab I can see all Android Apps that I'm using or removed. I attached a photo that you can see this.
    How can I remove Android Apps completely? Has BlackBerry any official App cleaner?

    Go to BlackBerry World there was and Android Runtime update for 10.3.2.2876 that will allow you to uninstall Android Apps. Or better use an Autoloader to update to a newer version of 10.3.2 without the bug, or maybe to 10.3.3....


    Now Amazon App is a different story....

    Reboot after install, and then wait 10 minutes before touching phone.

    android runtime is not longer available in bb appworld how can i do to delete my android apps i am using z10 stl100-1 with os10 3.2.2876 i tried to deleting from google id - android setting but this option doesn't work either help plz
