today randomly, my blend got "disconnected" Form my device. It says "currently unavailable".

I uninstalled everything from my computer, and reinstalled and i get the same message. When I try to re-add the device, it tell ms that my email is not associated with a device, which is false because if i login to blackberry protect, its there, fine and perfectly associated.

I can't connect with USB or wireless.

No matter what I do it tells me there is no blackberry ID for that device.

help please... what do i do?
