So... a BlackBerry passport user, and quite happy with it. Use blend all the time, no issues with it until now.

Popped an EE contract sim in it this week, blend absolutely refuses to connect. The second I switch to wifi, or use another network all is well.

Has anyone got blend working when the phone is using the ee network and not wifi to connect to blend on another device on another connection?

Do you have a data plan on that EE SIM?

I use EE and blend has no trouble connecting.

Just curious but why are you using blend via mobile network as opposed to WiFi?

Do you have the below setting set to off or on?

On, it works just fine on any other network. It's not a problem at my end.

And on the wifi question, because I have no desire to connect to wifi.

It's a simple question, I'm just trying to ascertain if anyone else has issues with EE... it works perfectly on the same device until there's an EE SIM in.. .spent hours on the phone to EE support today, they're still so clueless half the people kept telling me I needed to get a BIS subscription!

Do Passport users take to Blend when they want to use a smaller device? Hehehe.

I see what you did there, but sorry. All tablets where Blend can work are bigger than the Passport. Same applies for laptops and PCs.

No issues with EE and my passport here, both when connected to 3g or 4g network. Hope you sort it out-it would really help if they knew what they are doing...

You have no desire to connect over wifi or you have no wifi? Have you tried switching it on just to see if it works?
