I've just started a new job in a BYOD environment.

I want to bring with me my z10 device, but the IT department tells me it is impossible for me to hook it up to their system unless I am with a specific wireless carrier (Rogers).

My understanding was that licenses were not carrier specific. Mostly, I'm just skeptical when IT folks say things are impossible, but I'd really prefer not to have to change wireless providers just to hook up my own device.

    Thanks in advance for clarifying.

Thanks. That's what I thought. It didn't make sense to me that they could support BB10 devices from only one carrier.

    Appreciate the clarification.
