All it shows is the link to where the settings for BlackBerry Balance are...

Balance ONLY works if you're on BES10.
And welcome to the forums!
You need to be on BES10 in order to have balance. You see it there as it's a part of the software that is enabled if you're on a BES system.
If this featured is enabled only with BES10 why when I pressed on it say that my administrator enabled it!

You can delete the workspace at the bottom of the balance option menu
Yeap thats true but why does it say that is enabled?
Posted via CB10
I don't know. Just delete it.
This is correct.
Now this is curious. What OS version do you have there?
As you could see on my screen shot, I have that same link , but here it does nothing, it just takes me to Settings.
Okay I have restarted the phone and nothing has changed! I am using a BlackBerry Q10 software version 10.2.0.429

Just curious, where did you get/buy your phone from?
ThreeUK! Just to mention something. I have downloaded the latest leaked version 10.2.1. I was not happy so with autoloader I installed the an official version and then updated it from the phone

Any solution anyone?

So, do you have 10.2.0.429 or 10.2.1?
I had 10.2.1. Then unistalled and now 10.2.0.429

Comes up on mine but after entering password asks me for a work password which I don't know hmm.
I don't have bes10 on 10.2 in UK on o2

So is your problem like mine?
Posted via CB10
Mine shows it too now that I've looked but I don't consider it a problem. It's simply there. Maybe, and I'm only speculating, the carrier unlocked it for the purpose of sometime offering a hosted BES10 service. Could be way off but it could be. Either way, you need BES10 to access it so simply forget about it and carry on. It doesn't affect your phone in any way.
Yeah thats true. I just found it weird! Thank you

I just checked on my Q10 and I know I didn't have this prior to the last update but I now have the same as above - I think it must have something to do with the last update 10.2.0.429 maybe?
Interesting.. I too have BlackBerry Balance though I am not on BES 10. Running official 10.2.0.424

Ok. I see BlackBerry Balance in the settings. Can I turn it on or do I need to be on a BES. If i need to be on a BES has anyone heard of setting up a BES to only run on phone?
My fianc's friend works for an airline and has been issued a Z10. She loves it and loves the Balance feature. Now my fiance wants to ditch her work issued iPhone and only carry her personal Q10. The company she is working is offering her money to dump her work phone as well. They do not have a BES so they are not offering a BYOD solution to her. She wants to setup Balance on her phone because after hour she wants no contact with work. Is this possible?

No, she cannot set up Balance unless she has BES10. What is being shown in this thread is the fact that the feature is unlocked in the OS but without any access password, that you'd get with a BES10 subscription, it cannot be utilized.

Have you ever heard of setting up a BES for just one phone?
