So I've finally decided to go ahead with the app world fix for the NO Connection Problem.
I have looked at a few videos online and I think it should be fairly easy to fix.
I am wondering if anybody has a better or quicker fix and if anybody has encountered any issues before? I just want to avoid a situation where I brick my phone or lose photos and contacts etc.
I'm going to back up everything via a SD card and proceed to do it on my remaining Blackberry 10 phones.
Dude I just load my Q20 with new firmware vs to what I have earlier and sideload the bb world.bar file. It work with no issue. Go download bbworld.bar new file then sideload using chrome browser. Dont forget to install driver to your pc first.

Follow the directions from the link to BlackBerry Web site for the easiest (imo) and least worrisome fix. It's a cakewalk.
There isn't one... you'll need a PC to "sideload" the updated file.
Does seem like BlackBerry would have created some type of direct install fix for BBW.... Of course the problem happened, after they originally were planning to shut it down anyway.
