    I get this message in my hub. I restored from a backup after I wiped my phone and reloaded the OS. I have done a Google search but noone seems to have a solution or understanding of what causes it. Really annoying. I assume its an android related issue as the icon is the same as an android message but the icon is also used for alerts like updating facebook password

    Download "accounts cleaner" from bbw. You will be able to get rid of the phantom account that keeps asking.

    Now my BBM won't work.. I deleted something called sync but I didn't think it was connected to bbm

    Try a hard reset (both volume buttons until phone reboots).

    I don't have that account at all btw, so that shouldn't be the problem. I think that has something to do with syncing media and contacts with Link.

    Hmm no form of restart worked. Pulled out an old phone, did a bbm device switch, then a device switch back onto my passport and it works again. Hate these little things that need to be done to fix issues
