Just a FYI: I don't use Twitter and I have no idea how well this works (only has 3 stars on BBW) but there is a NEW native BB10 Twitter app called Bird10 in BBW. It is under development so is probably lacking several features. It may be enough for some people and again, it is NATIVE. It has been updated 3-4 times so far, the latest being on Nov 7th.
Is this still working? With those settings it says that my account has been suspended and won't let me login
Exactly! And there's a new version, 1.4.0.1 available as a bar file that fixes many previous bugs. I need to remember the relevant thread though...

Strongly recommended blaq

How are folks using Twidere and Blaq. They both seem to need Android 4.4 or newer and, as far as I know, the latest runtime for BB 10 was 4.3. I tried installing both on my Passport SE and got a general install error.
Folks using NATIVE Blaq for Blackberry 10, so there is no "need Android 4.4". Native Blaq for Blackberry 10 was available for free from BB World even some months ago. Another brand new, NATIVE and actively developed (!!!) Twitter app for Blackberry 10 is called Bird10 - see http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=1178312
Searching "Bird 10"

Ah! Would it be possible to find the Blaq bar file to sideload? I remember that being a wonderful client back in the day.
I did see Bird10 in this thread last night (I read every post in every page) and I tried it, but the very early version that's in BBW. I then, ended up on the post you mention, but I see the newer versions now need to be sideloaded and I was in bed reading this past 3AM. lOL I decided to leave it for today and I'm about to try soon.
Thanks!
Blaq .bar file was not released by developer AFAIK, so it can not be sideloaded. Bird10 has to be sideloaded now because BBW is forever closed for updates and there is no other way to bring updates. New versions are waaaaay better, so give it a chance.

Re: Blaq, even if the bar was available, maybe not the best idea anymore, at least according to this thread I just found.
Re: Bird10, I'm on 2.3.0.0 right now (latest downloaded from that thread above). It's snappy (native), but seems quite rudimentary for now. I just started a tweet and typed @ as if I wanted to tag someone and no names came up. Hopefully, the developer continues supporting it and adding features. That's where the $upport helps.
Thanks again!
I agree if someone is willing to do development for BB10 at this point.... any $upport you can send his.
I am using Twidere v. 4.1.4 and it is snappy. Though I will be waiting for Bird10 to finish as it consumes very low RAM. I also managed to change the application name and icon of Twidere to look fresh and official on my classic homescreen.

What is this twitter thing you speak of?

The official twitter app has been down long time ago. We discuss here the alternatives to access our twitter accounts. We have Bird10 as a native app and the fastest so far. Then we have also twidere. If you stumble across Nemory app Twitter10, just avoid and don't install. Nemory have bad reputation here.

Thanks but my comment was a complete joke.

You can find Blaq here: http://appworld.blackberry.com/webst.../44453?lang=en
working quite well for me (not all features are available)

I think it can only be accessed if you have bought it before.
