Does anyone have access to an app that can read the log files created by the Blackberry 10 Help Program? It stores the files in /Documents/Logs, and has a .pb extension.

On 3 different Q10s, and 2 different service providers, my email is consistently delayed on Exchange accounts and G-Mail (up to 17 minutes late), and I have been sending Blackberry Support (who I have 26 open tickets with) log files when I notice an email come in delayed, but after a month they are useless and unable to provide me with any insight.

Don't try and troubleshoot me, I've done all the steps, just trust me . It's a fault of the OS, and I'm trying to get to to the root cause.

The NDK provides the ability to read the slogger2 log files, not sure that is what you are sending back. It can be difficult to debug software with just the logs, but not the source code.
