And it wasn't a "player" it was a porting tool or also called a compile time wrapper. A tool to make it easier for iOS application developers to use most of their iOS code base to develop an BB10 version.

No, not even close, most of Apple revenue is mostly driven by the iPhone. It accounts for something like 60% or more of total revenue. But yes, Apple would never allow this, if something like this was to launch, Apple would have the developers in court within the hour after the launch.

It's kind of misleading. 10 doesn't have a iOS player but the language supports makes it easy for iOS apps to be ported over.

Take a look at Reebee. Notice the iOS buttons and interface?
