    I seem to be having some problems using an image file that I downloaded off the net as my BBM dp.

    I was previously using the BlackBerry 9900 and had no problem using big photos, just had to zoom out that's all.

    How do I go about doing that now on my Q10? Quite frustrating.

    I noticed that .png files can not be set as dp. Is your pic .png as well?

    What I meant was, now the pictures that we want to use it be it of any format has to be of a certain size..

    Previously on the 9900, you could just zoom out and use the entire picture as your bbm dp but compromising the focus of the photo
