I don't believe we're going to see 10.4 (utterly pessimistic view on my part). There's almost no activity on the developer blog/forums and I suspect the development organization from the top down doesn't see OS features as a differentiating factor.
There was no sign of 10.3 either when 10.2.1 was about to be released.

Road map for 2016 devices will be released in the spring

expecting "DARK HUB" hopefully in 10.4. :)
Particularly , I prefer BlackBerry invest in applications and increase the BlackBerry World. I understand that the BlackBerry can not be " hostage " of android apps
Happy to be proven wrong. My guess is that we'll see incremental updates for a while but nothing major. It appears that John Chen's strategy is differentiation through hardware and management software, and the OS is "good enough" to support that. I think you'll see a renewed commitment to OS development only after massive handheld sales wins.
We may see better integration with third-party enterprise services but I...wouldn't hold my breath.
Dark hub will be in 10.3.x!

Wasn't 4k promised with 10.3.1?
Expecting "ULTRAVIOLET HUB" in OS 10.4 and an octa-core 64bit architecture with 4Ghz and 6gb of RAM
Oh and yeah, we'll throw in a 4k display and a 26mp camera
While we're at it, let's also include an Ultraviolet theme to supersede the dark theme
/sarcasm
Ten Four!
I'd love to see better notifications....it's still very lacking.
Software doesn't make a camera suddenly have more pixels, they'd have to physically upgrade it.
However the Passport camera is 13 megapixels....that's way MORE than 4K which is roughly 8 megapixles.
yes, I believe I saw a screenshot of passport doing 4k video.
With 10.5 they should make the passport into a magic carpet!!!
If they iron out the bugs and annoyances for my passport, for me that is already good enough.

With 10.6 your Passport will transform into a self driving car, and when 10.7 comes out, it will include VR!!!!
Alright, alright... I'll stop wishing :p
I found a thread on that: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...ording-955733/
I wonder what happened, since there's no 4K so far.
To be honest, I'd prefer 720p@240fps, or 120fps at least.
Shouldn't we wait until 10.3.2? I'm assuming there is going to be one, most, if not all of these things should come in either late 10.3.1 or in 10.3.2. If there is one, I haven't looked at how often a 10.X.2 appears
Q10 SQN100-3 on 10.3.1.1949
I'd love to see more keyboard shortcuts in 10.3.1.xxxx or 10.4. For example, to throw a bone to Q10 and Q5 users: Space bar to answer and hang-up a call, when you are inside the phone app?
Q10/10.3.1.821
Yes, this one!
I agree regarding more fps :) it should be possible.
As initially, z10 had just 720/1080 @ 30 fps and 10.3 added 720@60 fps option
Posted via fantastic BlackBerry Passport. Damn, this thing is so awesome, that I am short of words to describe it's awesomenes. Like Majestic As...
Once (over a year ago) a BB employee told me of a big feature to come in 10.4. But since it was so long ago I won't say what to not get anyone excited for nothing :)
The nothingness in your post actually makes it non existent. Waste of everything that was initiated to publish your post on here.

I like more accurate and fast voice guided navigation and a powerful BlackBerry assistant. And change in ui would be great. Android runtime would be fast and reliable. Improve in BlackBerry maps. More work to do before moving further.
P0$ted via z10..
It flew with the dark hub! BlackBerry as usual, never keeps their word

And here I was hoping for The most useful post of the year award..
Well I hope desktop mode comes. Also to enable devs to use second screen in cascades
