    My z10 keeps telling me I'm using the latest software, same as blackberry link. But I get the notification on BlackBerry World that a new update is available. I've been waiting so long for this update. Any help?

    An update for what? Not the OS. Updates for the OS do not come through BlackBerry World.

    Not all handsets have received the 10.3 update. But Blackberry world gives notifications for handsets purchased straight from Blackberry. Yours must be under contract.

    I have just received an update for 10.3.1779 while I currently have 10.3.1456 which is 45MB done the update but no changes on the GUI myb it would have been for bugs or something any ideas?
