"Stability and security fixes" is what I keep hearing.

What does NIAP do on the actual device? It's not an app or anything. I don't understand why they can't release the OS with or without it being certified, then if it gets certified later, just saying "Hey now it's certified."
Depends on what they have planned for 10.3.4 If there's lots of code changes, then they need to restructure *again* for NIAP and God knows if they will approve the cert so it might again be a long wait then. By waiting now, they can be certified and move on from there towards 10.3.4
Anyway, they're still within their original release time frame 'cause the new fiscal year hasn't started yet.

(And yes, I know that many of you don't believe they'll ever release 10.3.4 but until they officially say so, it's all speculation so no one knows what they have planned, unless of you works for BlackBerry and wants to spill the beans (leak)...)

The BlackBerry servers already have versions of 10.3.3 in the 13XX range. It's there to see for yourself.
And apps like Help were updated with a 10.3.3 version number on BB World a few months ago.

Absolutely not, these are system apps that were updated in-line with the original release window. Between this, the spotted builds, and the certification submissions (see below), it's reasonable to assume that they likely aren't just sitting on it or dragging their feet with development.

System apps (maps, compass, calculator, etc) use a version numbering that follows the OS (10.3.2.x, 10.3.3.x, etc). Twitter is not a system app.

All I know it that some CB people last year said the version numbering of system apps is unrelated to the system's numbering. And among those people were some very well-known persons which we know have a lot of knowledge and/or are shareholder. So I choose to believe them.

Btw, while we're at it: BlackBerry Clock, which is a system app (!!!), is currently at version 11.32 So that means BlackBerry is planning to roll out BB11???

But what is the lie exactly?

He has it ready, but is intentionally sitting on it to make you mad? He has it ready, but has no intention on pushing it at all? The builds on the server are just an elaborate deception?

Which month of August was Chen referring? It's August 26, 2016 and I haven't heard a peep about an OS 10.3.3.x upgrade. Seriously, my Z30 cannot function properly with the Lithuanian language support update.

It sounded like you had already made up your mind on the subject so I didn't really see much point. If you want to know more though, do a scan through Sachesi and you'll notice that system apps that do use the OS versioning scheme have been in line with the OS they're released in.

If you don't want to search for builds you can find threads like this where updated bar versions are usually posted,

    http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le.../#post11625152

    http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le.../#post11370707

    etc

As for the Clock app specifically, I'm not sure why it's on a different system. You'll have to ask the developers that but as you'll see through Sachesi and those threads, the Help app version number is pretty relevant.

But it still means you aren't entirely right 'cause if we're counting in all system apps, like you stated before, then the Clock app indicates that we're about to get BB11.

BlackBerry may be changing from a hardware to software company, or from BlackBerry 10 to Android, but it's nice to see that their commitment to delays, postponements, and missed self-imposed release dates remains the same
