We have one already.

That is saying is out in October. This is saying something different.

Yeah, everyone left BB10 well before October.
Haha sounds about right. :)

Look at all the thread titles, there are much fewer people left that care about BB10 compared to just a few months earlier. A pretty good sign that BlackBerry's supposed continued support pushed more than a fair amount of people away.

Truth is BB10 is already took place in history textbooks

We are still here and not going anywhere anytime soon
BB10 whilst waiting.....
Did they?

BlackBerry's market share was already painfully low even before all this update waiting. Time for the rose glasses to come off - bb10 died a long time ago.

I'm still on that BB10 ship. Even though it is sinking, I'm not jumping ship I'm sinking with it. Now that's a true BlackBerry supporter. Even when they down and out im still gonna represent but only BlackBerry and it's OEM OS.
BB10 over ANY Android device.
Wasn't there a poll here recently that showed 53% of CBians were still using BB10? I get your point though. BB10'ers are sinking fast.
How many people voted?
Blackberry Poptart SE - Cricket Wireless
I think it was over 2000, but I can't find it anymore on CB.
BlackBerry 10 is not even in the history text books. What is bb10?

I'm not going to leave BBOS, far superior than iOS and Android. I'm here to stay!

A majority of cbians could not vote due to the limited choices.
I just got my Passport SE and it's amazing.
Your argument is invalid.

Considering that 10.3.3 is a software update, and BlackBerry is all about software, and no longer has to worry about making new phones, shouldn't we expect a renewed focus on OS 10 development? It is, after all, software is it not?
BlackBerry isn't going to work on just any software because they are a software company. There still has to be a business case with a return on investment.
But I'm sure you knew that.
Blackberry shouldn't be in the History books, until it is history (which it isn't even close to becoming).

The return to investment will be that they will be able to flog the remaining OS 10 stocl with a good conscience. ;)
You have the few remaining BB10 diehards (group A). A subset of that feel BlackBerry owes them something (group B). A further subset of that subset would buy another BlackBerry device (licenced or partner) ONLY if they got a more meaningful update than a security patch (group C).
A > B > C
So how many people in group C? How many millions would it take to fire up BB10 development again?
I don't know, but I suspect it's more than the number of people who are going to buy a BB Android.
You say 'few remaining'. I believe the vast majority of remaining customers are BB10 or BBOS users. I suspect BBOS users outnumber the Android users by a huge margin.
You avoided my business analysis.
Of the small subset of remaining BB10 users that are in group C, how many millions should BlackBerry spend on them?
